DAY 1: “The One where I didn't eat my ice cream”

Today was day one of my weight loss journey. I started with Intermittent Fasting and I’m trying to eat healthier, by that I mean no chocolate, candy or ice cream, which is really hard. I’m happy that ‘ice cream time’ is nearly over…


I started my morning with black latte aka charchoal coffee. I do not like coffee at all, I prefer tea, but I read on multiples articles that it is a great supplement for weight loss, so I’m going to drink that for 30 days and see if it really helped me. I wasn’t hungry until 4PM, which was really odd. But I felt really good, awake and active. I was expecting to feel tired and a bit drained because I didn’t ate for 19 hours, but that wasn’t the case. I also didn’t have any urges to eat something sweet. I didn’t even ate my daily ice cream!



The biggest source of motivation are your own thoughts, so think big and motivate yourself to win.

Unfortunately, I didn’t went to the gym. The most difficult step in the beginning is going to the gym. I love going to the gym, but when I don’t feel comfortable in my own body, I have a problem with going. I hope I will have enough motivation tomorrow to take that step.


I hope tomorrow will go even better. I’m very happy of how my first day went.
